Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you go. Here is everything you need to know about deleting your HideApp account and data permanently.

Important Notice

Deleting your account is irreversible. Once confirmed, all your chats, media, friends list, and profile data will be permanently erased from our servers within 30 days. You will not be able to recover this information.

Method 1: Delete via the App (Recommended)

The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is directly through the HideApp mobile application. Follow these simple steps:

Open Profile

Launch HideApp and navigate to your Profile section from the bottom navigation bar.

Go to Settings

Tap on the Settings (gear icon) usually located at the top right corner of your profile.

Scroll & Find

Scroll down to the very bottom of the Settings page until you see the "Delete Account" button.

Verify & Delete

Click the button. A verification popup will appear. Confirm your choice to permanently delete the account.

Method 2: Contact Support

If you have uninstalled the app or lost access to your device, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team directly via email.

Please send an email from the address registered with your HideApp account with the following details:

  • Subject: Request to Delete HideApp Account
  • Your Username / Registered Phone Number
  • A brief statement confirming you want to permanently delete your data.

* Our team will process email deletion requests within 7-14 business days.
